Remember you are not alone.  Support from peers is an amazing support tool to recover from an eating disorder.  I offer ongoing eating disorder support groups with the same age group.  In addition, I provide meal support groups monthly.  If you are interest in joining a group feel free to reach out and contact me for more details.
